....... and the hedgerow!
Any new recipes for courgettes welcome - this year we have a bumper crop. The hedgerows are overflowing with blackberries, so lots of crumbles and jam this year. Yum.
We found a load just off the Thames Path yesterday and got some apples from the tree in the garden and made crumble which was lovely. You should make some blackberry chutney for cheese or something?
ReplyDeleteThere seem to be so many blackberries this year. I have made a couple of blackberry and apple crumbles, my favourite. I've not made a blackberry chutney - I will have to experiment.
